If you've booked a round-trip transfer, you’ll pay for the arrival transfer after drop-off. The return transfer is paid on the day of your departure, after your ride to the airport.
We accept cash only, in Euros or Mauritian Rupees.
When you book your airport transfer, just provide your flight number and arrival time. We track your flight in real-time, so whether it’s early, on time, or delayed, we’ll be there to meet you at the arrival hall based on your actual landing time.
If your flight is delayed by more than 5 hours, please send us an email so we can inform your driver. They’ll adjust the pick-up time and wait for your arrival at no extra cost.
If your flight is cancelled, just let us know so we can reschedule your transfer accordingly.
Your driver will be at the airport 10–15 minutes before your flight lands and will be waiting for you in the arrival lounge, holding a sign with your name. Simply approach them, and they’ll escort you to your car for a smooth transfer to your hotel or villa.
